I am an intuitive chef who learned by doing, passionate about food, cooking and baking. My cooking style could be described as Mediterranean, but with some influences from places I have been to like North Africa, Middle East, and Asia. Food is happiness, it brings people together and I want to share this feeling with others. It gives me great pleasure to hear good feedback from clients, it makes me want to discover and test new dishes and flavours.
I am also a big fan of French pastry, remembering going to France and entering those pretty patisseries like Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. It is like stepping into an entire universe of flavours, sensations, and pleasures. Whatever country I travel too, I am always looking for a French boulangerie or patisserie. Of course, I am also interested to try traditional products of those countries too, it is great with variety and trying new things.
